Is this just another leadership course?
No. Most leadership programs work on the surface: new frameworks, communication techniques, behavioral habits. They work for a while. Then you’re back where you started.
The CB Master Program works at a fundamentally different level – consciousness itself. We help you understand and expand who you are as a leader, not just what you do. The result is change that stays, because it comes from the inside out. Alumni consistently tell us that nothing else they’ve done produced comparable results.
I have a demanding schedule. Can I realistically do this?
The program asks for approximately 2.5 hours per week. It is designed around working professionals.
All sessions are held on Thursdays at a consistent time (9:30am PST / 12:30pm EST / 6:30pm CET). Every web-meeting is recorded, so if life gets in the way, you never fall behind. Peer groups are self-organized around times that work for your group. There are built-in holiday breaks and 1:1 coaching sessions woven throughout the schedule.
How is this different from executive coaching?
Think of it this way: a great coach helps you navigate the road. The CB Master Program helps you master the vehicle; who you actually are, what you’re capable of, where you’re truly meant to go, and the tools to get there.
