Tamara Moore

“The questions we ask on our organizational path are fateful. What we continually wonder about is a clue to our purpose. We grow in the direction of our inquiry.”

At CBI, Tamara is an option-aware explorer who builds intuitive bridges from strategic planning to strategic doing. Her training in numerous organizational assessment and facilitation techniques allows her to curate ideas from diverse organizational cultures and perspectives.

Prior to CBI, Tamara spent nineteen years in higher education and workforce development, where she specialized in strategic organizational development and public-private partnerships. Her efforts to create an innovative, conscious, comprehensive university wellness model earned her the coveted green ribbon designation from the United States Department of Education.

Outside CBI, Tamara explores her passion for music as vice chair of the board of the Colorado Springs Conservatory and through her side-hustle DJ-ing corporate and life events with her husband Kirk.
