Joe leads CBI’s development initiatives and operations. In addition to guiding our journey, Joe also leans in to deliver our solutions to our clients.  Joe’s passion for conscious living and client service make him a trusted facilitator.

Prior to CBI, Joe spent 18 years working intimately with some of the world’s well-known organizations, most recently as Director and Client Business Partner with the Nielsen Company where he led research & analytics engagements with premier global clients. From training interns to presenting in front of the C-suite, Joe’s experience has awarded him unique perspective on all of our daily challenges.

Outside CBI, Joe is a Rutgers University Lecturer teaching an accredited course on Career Explorations.  Joe also serves on the boards of both Conscious Capitalism NYC and the Humane Society of Bergen NJ where he is also proud pet foster dad.  In his personal time, Joe is an avid reader of business, politics & philosophy, and is a passionate follower of international soccer (football!).
