Since 2016, Kristin has been CBI’s international partner in Munich. In order to support people within the CBI C&L Program, she offers offline workshops and trainings as well as personal coaching. She is dedicated to facilitating people to their own purposes. With more than twenty years’ experience as an executive search recruiter, Kristin has figured out that the level of consciousness is what makes the difference for both companies and employees; therefore, she includes the CBI approach in everything she does. Her main client focus is privately owned, midsized-sector companies. In her private life, as a board member for a regional association, Kristin supports refugees to Germany. She is the mother of two school-aged boys and loves spending silent time in the mountains. In 2017, she published her first book with Springer Fachmedien in Germany.
