Kim Ann Curtin leads CBI’s Executive Coaching and Leadership Development work. Her unique skills and background make her as comfortable in the boardroom as she is in a spiritual setting.
After a decade of working on Wall Street, she shifted her focus to coaching executives founding, The Wall Street Coach. Her twenty-year experience in finance informs her passion for conscious capitalism and inspired her to write her book, Transforming Wall Street: A Conscious Path for a New Future. Kim has coached executives (and those on their way) from numerous companies ranging from Bank of America, Blackstone, FINRA, GIC, King Street Capital, Morgan Stanley to Colgate-Palmolive, EY, Genentech, L’Oréal, Merck, NBC and Procter & Gamble.
A born and bred New Yorker, Kim moved to Hawai’i in 2016. She traded in her high heels and Bloomingdale’s for outrigger paddling alongside dolphins and whales. When Kim isn’t paddling, she is either reading, meditating, or thinking of new ways to spread her message of conscious capitalism.
