The CBI Venture Capital Division actively supports the growth of businesses based on servant leadership and conscious business principles. Its intention is to build inspiring and thriving companies focused on long term success rather than short term profits, while at the same time yielding outstanding returns to investors.

The CBI approach encompasses the following phases:

Steps	Scope & Results
Phase 1:	Assess companies using a Conscious Due Diligence (CDD). The CDD is a must-have for company leaders as it delivers a clear status of the client company and provides the leadership with information, such as - critical issues of the business - why these critical issues exist - required resources (finances, skill-sets, strategy) to master these issues - a clear list of tasks required to lead the company to success.
Phase 2:	Active support in developing a market strategy and the necessary material to successfully enter the market. CBI involvement at this stage provides executive support and credibility to potential customers and investors. The CBI uses its extensive business network to provide hands-on leadership support and investment capital with a common vision versus worst-case assumptions and mistrust.
Phase 3:	A partner engagement with company leaders to grow the company based on Conscious Business principles. Active support in closing client and investment contracts and providing leadership capabilities that are in line with the company vision.
Phase 4:	Provide ongoing consultancy and advisory.
Phase 5:	Integrate the company into a network of conscious businesses and leaders that provide mutual support to each other.
